In Istanbul, Turkey, a poor dog was discovered in an extremely distressing condition. The dog was frozen still like a statue. It turns out that a group of young children had poured glue all over the poor dog as a means of entertainment. The small dog had been subjected to the cruel taunts of these heartless children. Even after coating the dog with glue, the wicked children refused to let it go and continued to push it into the mud. They tormented the helpless dog before abandoning it, leaving it unable to resist and attempting to remove the sticky, muddy layer from its fur by rolling on the ground and shaking itself. But the dog’s efforts were in vain, as the glue hardened like cement, blocking the circulation of blood in its body. Finally, the dog was discovered in a state of desperation and fear, lying in a corner, and was taken to a safe shelter before an international rescue station arrived to administer treatment.
Pascal is just a puppy, but there’s an old soul in his eyes that conveys a pain and betrayal that is hard to describe. The little dog’s spirit has been severely wounded after a recent shock, and even though he’s in a rescue station now, Pascal – the name given to him by his rescuers – hides from everyone. He curls up in the dark corner, looking at everyone with suspicion and fear. Last Wednesday, Pascal’s condition was updated. The rescuers managed to remove the glue that was all over his body, but unfortunately, one of his ears had to be amputated due to poor blood circulation. The doctors at the rescue station said that they would be conducting blood tests on Pascal next week, as well as providing any necessary treatments. One of them said: “We’ll do everything we can and won’t let Pascal go through this alone. We’ll take care of him until he’s fully recovered.”
After the incident, Pascal’s spirit was severely damaged.
